René Bavosa, NCC, LPC

Hi, I’m René! I believe that each individual person is the expert on their own life and at times need support, safety, and guidance to navigate life’s challenges. I believe in utilizing cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy to aid client’s awareness of their potential short-comings in order to enhance their ability to face and tackle the challenges they encounter on their own. I will always meet my clients where they are at in the therapeutic process and utilize a variety of techniques to meet their individualized needs.

I graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I am a licensed counselor in the State of New Jersey with experience working in residential, intensive outpatient and outpatient settings with both adolescents and adults. My treatment specialities include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and supporting those affected by loved ones with substance abuse.

Honesty in the therapeutic relationship is extremely important to me. I will always provide you with a safe, nonjudgmental and compassionate space in the hopes of supporting and nurturing a trusting therapeutic relationship. Schedule a discovery call today to see if we are a good fit!

Gracie deSouza, LMFT
Hi, I’m Gracie! I believe collaboration, transparency, and trust are vital in a therapeutic relationship. I work with clients to identify values and beliefs that no longer serve them and contribute to feelings of anxiety, shame, helplessness, unworthiness, and hopelessness. In deconstructing these values and beliefs, I support individuals towards a more authentic, connected, and balanced sense of self.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New York and Louisiana. I have experience working with individuals and families across a variety of settings, including school-based programs, community-based programs, and outpatient clinics. I conceptualize issues from a systemic approach, utilizing evidence based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Change is hard. Reaching out for help takes courage and a commitment to yourself. Schedule a discovery call today to see if we’d be a good fit!
