Individual Therapy Sessions (45 Minutes)
We offer one-on-one therapy sessions in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. Our integrative approach is unique to your situation, so you can break through old patterns and finally reach your full potential.
Couples and Family Therapy Sessions (60 Minutes)
Successful relationships require hard work. In our couples and family therapy sessions, you’ll strengthen your bonds and resolve conflict through effective communication.
Group Therapy Sessions (90 Minutes)
Group Therapy Sessions are a unique opportunity to work alongside other individuals (with similar situations) for mutual growth and development. Many clients combine Group Therapy and Individual Therapy Sessions. Please inquire for more details.

Therapy Through The Pandemic
Telehealth (online sessions) is a convenient and confidential way to experience the benefits of therapy from the comfort of your own home. We offer virtual therapy in NYC and New Jersey.

Our Techniques
Method 1: Integrative Therapy
Our integrative therapy in NYC draws from modalities such as Bowenian Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and The Gottman Method.
Method 2: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that uses guided eye movements to shift how you store trauma in the brain. Over time, this therapy can reduce disturbing emotions and beliefs associated with trauma.
